When I started with Aphasia, I could not hear how to say something that I wanted to say. I worked with the Therapy team to use different tools that I could use to help me get the next word.
Oxford Picture Dictionary (OPD) was available on an Apple iPad. It allows me to see photos and find the words that I need. The example below shows a group of Adults and Children.
Can you find the following language?
Man, woman, women, men, senior citizen, infant, baby, toddler, 6-year-old boy, 10-year-old girl, teenager/teen.
Using this dictionary can help me come up with and remember the words.
